HR reached out after I applied via email and we set up a phone call for a generic HR interview. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. The HR guy mistakenly scheduled an in-person interview for the third round, thinking I was in California instead of Florida. He then canceled that and changed it to a video conference interview. I interviewed again with the hiring manager and a group of people I would be working with via video conference. It was mostly repetitive, with one technical question that didn't make sense. After all that, there was silence, with HR saying they would be in touch. I followed up with HR a week later and with the Hiring Manager after two weeks, but received no response. A simple 'no longer interested' would have been appreciated. It was unprofessional.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager, and then I had onsite interviews on another day. The calls were about the job details and what I was looking for, and just to get to know me. The recruiter asked me to email answers to some questions before the next interviews. For the onsite, four employees interviewed me. Each one gave me a technical troubleshooting problem to solve to see what I knew and how I approached it.
