I had an interview with two senior managers from the department. They immediately questioned my abilities and lowballed my salary very early in the conversation. They also asked me to quote exact pages and sections from the MMLR and takeover code, and had a condescending tone. I left wondering why they even proceeded with the interview.

Our technical school endorsed me. I was interviewed by the hr officer, then the HR Director, and lastly the Head of Engineering. My technical school asked me to visit the hotel for an assessment and interview. They asked me when I could start so they could arrange an orientation. I was also asked about company requirements like having my own insurance policy.
