The interview process was long and felt disorganized. It was strange having to speak with both corporate HR and then the dealership staff, covering the same ground. I did get the job in the end, but the whole hiring thing took a while for everyone I met.

It was a phone interview first and then they had me come in person. They were professional but also real, not making me feel beneath them or anyone else, which can be really intimidating with interviews, but I didn't feel that way at all.

Met with the New and Used managers together in a conference room. After that interview, I met the General Manager who asked more questions. Then the three of them talked amongst themselves. The New and Used managers then brought me back into the conference room and offered me the job. The whole thing took about an hour.
