The interview process was pretty straightforward and moved along quickly. It involved a remote interview and then an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and two other team members. Both parts wrapped up within about one to two weeks.

I had my first interview with the recruiter, then I had a zoom interview with the COO. After that, I went in person to meet with the COO and HR Director. HR mentioned I would likely speak with the President and that they were hiring quickly. I followed up two weeks later and they hadn't decided. Six weeks after that, I emailed again and they told me the position was filled. The process was really unorganized and they kept candidates waiting way too long.

I met with the regional manager and the CEO on the same day to discuss the Property Manager role. They were both really laid back and made me feel super comfortable about the company. We chatted about the company culture and what they expected from me, which I really appreciated. They also had me do a 'day on the job' where I went to the office I'd be working at. I got to meet the staff and my future manager, and it helped make sure it was a good fit for everyone before I accepted the offer. This was a massive help!

I replied to an ad. Then a company recruiter contacted me and we spoke on the phone for over 3 hours. He mostly tried to sell me on the position and the company and didn't ask many questions. After that, I met with the Regional Manager and an officer at Corporate. They all seemed really eager to fill the job and didn't ask me a lot of questions.
