Solutions Advisor
The interview process was straightforward and organized. The HR team was really helpful, kept me in the loop, and was upfront about everything, which made it feel easy and supported. Everyone I talked to was friendly and willing to answer my questions. Talking with upper management was particularly helpful. It gave me a good sense of the company's plans and what's important to them for the next year.

DevOps Manager
It was a 4 round interview process. First, I spoke with the manager who talked about the team structure and dynamics, and then asked me technical and managerial approach questions. Then, the Head of Department asked me about strategy and team dynamics/conflict questions. After that, I had a chat with the CTO about strategy, collaboration and alignment. Finally, HR conducted a culture and fit interview and collected data for the offer. Everyone was very kind and friendly, it would have been a pleasure to work there, but I declined in favor of another better offer, hope to loopback and be able to work there one day.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a conflict?
HR Specialist
I went through the interview process with beqom, and it was great. The process was well-designed and efficient, focusing on my strengths and the company's values. Communication was excellent from the start. The HR team was responsive and gave clear instructions for each step. They were interested in me as a candidate and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. A key part was the two-way conversation during interviews. It felt like meaningful discussions about my skills, experiences, and aspirations, not just standard questions. The interviewers assessed my fit and also if the company was a good fit for me. I really appreciated their transparency. I got a comprehensive overview of the company's culture, values, and mission. This helped me align my career goals with the company's vision, making me more enthusiastic about joining.

Project Manager
I had an initial conversation with HR. It was a really nice chat and to the point. Lots of behavioral questions, but I felt good about them. Later, I found out they decided not to proceed because she "assumed" I wasn't available to start immediately. It's strange because why would I invest so much time interviewing and preparing if I wasn't planning to start soon? Not sure why that misinterpretation happened without asking for clarification.
