I sent in my application online and a recruiter called me a couple of days later to set up an interview. When I arrived for the interview, they first asked if I was comfortable with dogs, as their therapy dog (a golden retriever) is often in the office. They wanted to observe how I interacted with the dog. They asked a few questions and then told me to stop interviewing elsewhere. They also made a photocopy of my driver's license that day.

The hiring and interview process was really great. I went through the process and they showed me the facility where I would be working and talked about it and asked questions. Which I answered and got to ask questions. I had to do paper work on the computer and do inservice work on the computer for the state. I was hired on the spot.

The interview process was super easy! I actually got hired on the spot, even though I didn't have a ton of experience. They train you on everything you don't know once you're in.

It was a good interview, pretty laid back. They gave me free coffee and I felt welcome. The interview took place in public and lasted around 30 minutes. Overall, a positive experience.
