I saw this job on a job board and then I had an informational chat with HR about the role. It was pretty chill and more like a conversation than a real interview. After a few days, I had the actual interview with my potential managers, the people I'd report to. I was a bit nervous, but everyone was really easygoing and nice. The whole thing was done virtually; I didn't even visit the office until after I accepted the job. I was really impressed by how detailed and thorough the entire process was. It made me feel like it would be a great place to work.

First, there was a phone chat with HR to talk about the company and what they pay. If it seemed like a good fit, they sent my info to the department director. My next interview was with the Director and my supervisor. They offered a few times for an in-person interview. When I got there, I was buzzed in and felt welcomed. I got a moment to check out the office. The interviewers were on time, friendly, and ready. We went over my resume, what they thought would be helpful for the job, and they asked questions to understand what I could do for them. I felt informed and excited when I left. A few days later, HR called with a formal offer.

The process was pretty involved. I had 2 phone interviews. Then 1 in person interview. After that, there was a good 2-3 week wait for the background check to clear and previous employment verification to be confirmed. The interview itself lasted about 40 minutes. I met with Shannon and I don’t think she handles the hiring process anymore.

The interview was scheduled and was performed on time in person. The process was rushed and I had to wait on another employee to arrive to begin. Interview process was quick but felt rushed the whole time as they had other things to do. I do not feel enough time was given or scheduled in order to have a proper interview.
