First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Benevis.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
It was remote and pretty straight foward. Only one round and didn't take long to hear back. It was a panel interview with the Manager and superviser. The team was small to medium, super easy with great training from the coordinator.
- If you could be any animal, what would you choose to be?
Human Resources
It was a three-interview process, and then I got the offer. They talked about their company culture, Mission, goals, expectations, and salary range. I talked about my career experience, goals, and how I could contribute.
- Can you tell me about your experience, your goals, and how you would contribute?
Patient Coordinator
The interview process was easy and friendly. It started with a quick phone screening, followed by an in-person interview. During the in-person, they asked about my customer service skills, how I juggle tasks, and my approach to dealing with stressful situations. The team was really welcoming, they clearly explained the job, and it all felt pretty comfortable. All in all, it was a smooth, well-organized, and fast process.
- What does good patient care mean to you?
VP of HR
The interview process involved multiple interviews scheduled at different times with various stakeholders. There were significant delays between interviews, and follow-up was inconsistent and unpredictable. Managing candidate expectations is an area for improvement. Some interviews were conducted by leadership who seemed unaware of or unfamiliar with my qualifications.
