The interview process started with an HR Manager for the initial chat. Then, I had interviews with the entire team, with each person taking about half an hour. The hiring manager then asked for another hour to talk, which was great. After that, the rest of the team wanted an extra hour. Everyone on the team was really friendly and easy to talk to. I would have loved to work there, but unfortunately, I never heard back.

I had a call with the recruiter, then with the marketing team. Everyone was nice, but the process was long and thorough. I had to do two projects on my own time which took longer than expected. I got a rejection email that was a mistake, then another rejection email after another interview. After all that and speaking with the recruiter multiple times, a generic rejection email is bad. If you can call me for other things, you can call me to say I didn't get the job.

Had a short, informal phone chat with the hiring manager, followed by a more official in-person interview with the office manager, hiring manager, and some team members. It was a really laid-back process; they seemed more focused on showcasing the company to me than anything else. Overall, a really good experience. It took another week after I gave references to find out about the job.

The hiring manager from the Austin office was super friendly, like a dad or mentor. He chatted with me about the job, what I'd be doing, and how he'd help me grow. We talked about my history, what I've done, my weak spots, and my strong suits. He even asked about my hobbies at the end. It felt really chill and easygoing.
