The interview was intended to be in-person, with a salary of 1100 and working hours from Monday to Saturday. With that salary, it seems unfair. I didn't want to make the trip to Arequipa with that salary.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview process started with a screening call and then an interview with the VP, which I felt went really well and that I was a good fit. After that, I spoke with a partner and they moved me forward to a writing assessment. I then had another call with the VP who seemed to really want to hire me, but they had just added some new positions and were figuring out the best fit for me. After that, I was completely ghosted. I tried following up by email and after 4 calls and a writing assessment, I never heard back. I also want to mention that the interview with the partner was pretty off-putting. He was rude and didn't seem satisfied with any of my answers after the first two, which went great. He kept demanding specifics on how I would operate in the role, which I couldn't provide without understanding the company better. Then he tried to scare me by saying, 'this is NOT a 9-5 job and people always say they can handle it but you have to work nights and weekends and xyz.'

Behavioral Technical Case

I had an initial phone call with a VP. Then, I completed a writing test analyzing survey data. After that, there were two more interviews. The first two felt pretty easy, mostly revolving around my previous experience, and the recruiter mentioned they went well. The last interview was tougher, focusing on branding and marketing consulting knowledge. I think I messed that one up a bit. Oh, and the recruiter actually messed up the scheduling for that last one, so the interviewer and I were on at different times at first. I never heard back about a decision after following up, which felt pretty rude considering the effort I put in.

Started with a phone screen, then a case study where I had to look at some data about a problem and explain my findings. I skipped the next parts, which would have included references and another interview.
