BeneLynk is an amazing company. Everyday I come to work having a clear purpose! Although I work remotely, there is an established culture here! Additionally, I enjoy having the ability to help others with the work I do.

It was a nice video interview with two people interviewing me. We discussed Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, and HITRUST regulations, as well as my leadership style and the company's objectives.

My initial contact was with the corporate recruiter, and it was honestly the least inspiring recruiter call I've ever had. She sounded like she was reading from a script, and didn't engage in any real conversation. Then I spoke with a manager, which was better personality-wise, but there was some confusion. She thought I was interviewing for a supervisor role and mentioned the recruiter might have mixed up my resume. So, apparently, I was then considered for the supervisor role. The final interview was remote with the director. It was pretty awkward; he didn't turn on his camera and seemed unprepared, like he just found out about the interview. He was nice, though. This whole experience taught me to trust my gut – I should have declined after that first robotic recruiter call.
