First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at benefitexpress.
Administrator
The interview was less than professional, featuring common, overused questions. The interviewers didn't take notes and went off on tangents unrelated to the position. There seemed to be tension between the male and female interviewers. Both introduced themselves as managers but seemed to have different expectations for the role.

Senior Software Engineer
The interview process had 3 rounds. The first round was about my background and previous projects. The second round was a technical interview that included coding and algorithms. The third round was a Skype interview with two interviewers.

I had a day of interviews with different people one on one. They were trying to figure out the best place for me in the company. Mostly, the questions were about my resume and my past. They wanted to see if I'm a team player.
