Started with an HR interview, then met in person with the Branch Manager. There was a test after training that I had to pass to be able to start the job. I went to Philly for training for 2 weeks. The team was great.

Applied, then had a phone interview with the branch manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the branch manager, followed by another in-person interview with the regional manager. The regional manager made me wait over 30 minutes past our scheduled meeting time before I was hired.

Applied for the Teller I role and heard back from a recruiter in about a week or two. The recruiter asked basic background questions and some about my Teller and sales experience. Pretty straightforward questions. The recruiter said I'd hear back in a few days if they wanted to move forward. About 2-3 days later, the Assistant Branch Manager called me for a face-to-face interview. It was a casual chat about my experience in the field. I felt good about it. The Branch Manager mentioned someone would contact me in about 2 weeks because they had more interviews to do. Got an email with an offer 2 weeks later.

It was really informative, the person I talked to was nice and asked good questions. They also did a great job explaining the job and what it involves. The manager had the head teller talk to me too, and she was very nice.
