they take too much time, don't say about the range of salary and they make you lose a lot of time, every time someone of the time interview they start asking the same question that the person before, they miss your interview whit any previous notification and they times the shows they often late

Coordinator
I had two initial interviews via Teams, which went quite well and occurred close to each other. After the second one, I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks, so I sent a few follow-up emails expressing my interest in joining the company. I got a response the next day to set up my final interview. The final interview was mainly me asking the team questions and learning more about the company. It was a very professional and challenging process, which I appreciated because it confirmed this was a place I wanted to work.

Interview with HR and the head of construction. They want to get to know you and see if you're a good fit, asking generic questions about your interest in the company and your construction background.

Leasing Agent
It was a 3-stage interview process. Got great feedback and really enjoyed all the interviewers. They were knowledgeable and seemed very interested in finding the best fit for the job. I'd definitely recommend interviewing with them.
