Behavioral Case

This was a lengthy interview process with 4 interviews in total. I started with an informal and positive recruiter call with HR. Then I had a second interview with the hiring manager, followed by a third round which was a case study that demanded a significant amount of time. These first three stages alone spanned almost two months, after which I received a rejection. It seems they place a higher value on a PhD than on prior experience in the field.
