- How would your current boss evaluate your performance?
- What would your previous boss say about your performance?
- Would you feel comfortable asking your current or past bosses for a reference?

First, there was a general background and introductions conversation. They asked questions about my work experience and interests. I realized the role wasn't aligned, but the interviewer was super nice and personable. She also gave me feedback, which I really appreciated.

- What makes you interested in BenchSci?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process involved multiple stages. First, there was a phone screen with talent acquisition. After that, I had two one-on-one interviews with important team members, one with the Director of CS and another with the VP of CS. Finally, I gave a 45-minute case study presentation to a panel of 4 people from the CS team.
- Could you describe how you would manage a client kick-off meeting?
