They had me come in, fill out some paperwork, and then asked me general questions, similar to what others would be asked. They wanted to know about my past work experience and the types of dishes I've prepared. Then, they gave me a tour of the facility, showing me all the different levels and layouts, and also explained what Alzheimer's is.
- Are you planning on staying with the company for a while?

The process was a bit long because it involved a background check and a whole-day training session that happens maybe once a month, so you might have to wait to start. When you apply, make sure to tell the front desk to give your application to the department head so it doesn't get lost. Following up is super important, seriously. Keep asking about it, it shows you're really interested and will help you get an interview. If there aren't any openings in the department you applied for, ask if other departments are hiring, because there are always jobs.
- Are you a team player?
- Can you handle multiple tasks at once?
- Tell me about a time you felt stressed or didn't know what to do and how you handled it.

- Have you worked in a fast-paced setting before?
