I reached out in person after hearing from an employee about a potential opening. After meeting and showing my resume, the call to schedule an interview and the job offer all happened within two weeks of my initial meeting with the supervisor.

The interview was very chill. The interviewer was more interested in learning about me than my previous work history, which was a refreshing change. It really made me feel more at ease and excited about the possibility of working there.

I had a 30-60 minute phone interview with someone from Benchmark in Charlotte for a PRN job. I was looking for a flexible position to spend more time with my kids. The interviewer spent a lot of time telling me about how he makes his schedule work with having kids. It’s obvious he does not spend as much time with his kids as I was looking to do with mine.

I was recommended by a mentor, then had a one-on-one interview while out on clinical rotation. A few months later, I had a second interview in the city where they were hiring with the area director and clinic director. The third interview was with two area directors and clinicians in another hiring location, and this was before my board exam. The job offer was contingent on passing the exam.
