I saw an ad on craigslist and was hesitant since I haven't job hunted in a while. To my surprise, I got a call for an interview. It was a group interview. I did some homework on the company and reviews and thought it might be a good fit. When I got there, I felt a bit intimidated by the other candidates. The assistant manager, store manager, and regional manager were present. The questions they asked were good and made me feel at ease. Leaving, I thought some others had more experience, but I really wanted the job. A few days later, I was called back for a second interview and asked to complete a test.

Applied online and got a call within days for a quick phone chat. Then went in for a follow-up interview with the store manager where we discussed background, getting to know each other, and why I'd be a good fit, plus personality tests. The second interview was with the assistant manager, who asked more detailed questions and explained the job expectations. After that, I had a third interview with a store associate, mainly to see if I'd mesh well with the team. The final interview was with the manager, and it involved role-playing. Then came the drug test, background check, and a meeting with a private investigator. After getting clearance, I was hired.
