Student
Stay positive and respond whatever they asked without feeling nervous. Think that they are your friends and speak to them politely which the interviewer will think good about you. I haven't experienced yet but I have studied in my books about it and I can face during it proudly.
- Where are you from originally?
Project Manager
It was video calls, one with the lead, one with the EMEA manager, and maybe another with a colleague. It's not very structured, it's casual. They asked about my CV, experience, and tech know-how.
- Why do you want to work here?
- What are your learning goals with us?
- Do you have any fears about remote work?
Copywriter
The phone interview was pretty simple, and so was the in-person interview at their office. After that, they had me do an editing test at home, which I completed. But, honestly, they completely ghosted me without any feedback.
- Are you flexible?
- When can you start?
- What's your previous work experience?
Event Organizer
Everything started off well, the initial organisation and first interview went smoothly. Following that, I was tasked with preparing a presentation to be delivered a week later, after which another call was scheduled. I also completed a logic test and received confirmation that it was received. So far, so good. However, I haven't heard back about the presentation I submitted. Despite reaching out via email and LinkedIn, I've received no response (this was about five or six months ago). In today's environment with so many applications, it's understandable not to get back to everyone who sends in their CV. But ghosting someone after asking them to complete a presentation is, in my view, very disrespectful and unprofessional. A simple 'Thank you for your effort, but we won't be proceeding' would have been perfectly adequate.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
