The first interview is about 45 minutes long. If you perform well in that one, you'll move on to a second interview with the district manager. They really emphasize their core values and want to make sure you understand that the job is commission-based.

Had a phone interview first to see if I was worth an actual interview. Then I met the store manager, passed that, and then met the district leader. They asked the usual questions about dealing with different situations. Then I waited to see if I was good enough. I guess you have to be perfect because I didn't get the job even though I have the right stuff!

Had a call with HR who was super helpful in figuring out schedules and letting me know what to wear and where to park. They also gave me names and contact numbers. They explained the job and the commission pay, and talked about the stores' missions and values. Then I had a 1:1 interview with the store manager, but it was set for a day he wasn't in (definitely schedule when they're open!). My second 1:1 was with the store manager's boss, which went really well. Everyone was incredibly helpful, nice, and informative.

It was a two step process. I was called in for a first interview which lasted about an hour to discuss the position, and the expectations, as well as to get a background of the company. I was then called back for a 2nd interview to discuss the position, expectations, and to ask any questions I may have pertaining to the job, or company.
