First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bematech.
Intern
The interview process involved a group interview followed by two one-on-one interviews with the area managers. I had to reschedule the group interview, and they were very accommodating, rescheduling it for another time. This led to me getting the job offer.
- Could you tell us more about yourself?
Support Analyst
The interview process was simple and very relaxed. They were always transparent and clear about the objectives. There is a career progression that they clearly explain how you should achieve and the objectives. Interviewers from both HR and the specific area managed to convey what the company represents.
- What are your future aspirations?
Software Engineer
I applied online and heard back within 2 weeks. First, I had to fill out some work history. Then I spoke with an HR person and a technical interviewer. They reviewed my resume, asked about my skills, and threw in a few personality questions. I wasn't expecting the motherboard questions, so maybe brush up on that before you go.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences listed on your resume?
- Which programming language do you like to use the most?
- They asked some questions related to the motherboard that was on the table.
