Behavioral

The interview process involved two rounds of behavioral interviews, starting with a phone call and then an in-person meeting with HR. Following that, I met with the team's director (head) and then the chief HR officer. Negotiations for compensation packages, which are known to be generous, began at this stage.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was very simple. They asked the usual questions about previous experience and why I would be the best candidate. I'm not sure about other Franchisees, but at this location, the owner put on a great show to suck me in to mentor the person she wanted in the office. I was promised things. So, the interview was really an exercise in futility. I strongly recommend asking specific questions about exactly what your role would be and if you are asked to be a mentor, refuse unless you have been there for at least 1 year.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a short and sweet interview process. They asked a lot of questions about my needs and goals, and they seemed genuinely concerned. They made sure I met the state requirements and explained the whole process. They gave me a tour of the office and offered for me to visit other offices or call staff to talk about the company and the job. They also talked about how we help improve people's lives.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had my first interview with the regional main office manager, and it went great. The office seemed like a wonderful place to work. My second interview was with someone from the sales department. The interviewer was rude and cut me off after only two questions. It felt like they had already chosen someone and that I was wasting their time, which was a stark contrast to the first interview.
