This interview process was quite different from what I normally see. They only asked me one question, and it felt like they expected me to do most of the talking by asking them a lot of questions. I did appreciate that they shared a good amount of details about their programs and what a case manager does, but I was hoping for them to ask me more.

I had two interviews, one with HR and another one that was clinical. The interviews were professional and the interviewer was friendly. Each interview was about an hour long. They seemed a bit disorganized about who was going to meet with me.

I had a chat with the hiring manager, and she walked me through the job details and my responsibilities. After that, I got a tour of the place and met some of the senior staff. I also got to hang out with the staff on the units. It was a really good experience overall.

It was a very easy interview, conducted in a casual setting and lasted about 15 minutes with a nurse hiring manager. The orientation was the most challenging part because they didn't send my schedule or offer letter until I arrived, and they expected me to take a full week off for 8.5-hour days of orientation.
