The interview process was pretty long and included many situational questions. They asked if I was willing to work long 12-hour shifts, explaining it was a trial run for a new site in Virginia. They also inquired about my experience and availability to start. I received an email with an offer the next day and was hired within the same week. I accepted because I was relocating but now regret it.

I had two interviews, one each week, with multiple people each time. Some of the interviewers were really nice and upfront, but others came across as rude, which didn't give me a good impression of how they might treat me if hired. I haven't heard back yet, likely because they're still interviewing others. The questions seemed to be spontaneous rather than from a set list, which made the interviews quite long.

I had a one-on-one interview with the company supervisor. Then I had a second interview with the supervisor for the group home I would be working at. After that, there was training, a background check, screening, a physical, fingerprinting, and I had to take restraint classes to be effective.
