Sales
The interview process was pretty easy and calm. The staff was punctual, paid attention, and gave good information. They talked a lot about growth opportunities, commissions, benefits, and what they expect. They also mentioned the training period and how things work to get a floor position.
- Can you describe your background and previous sales experiences?
Executive Assistant
First, I had a quick 10-minute phone chat with the Manager. After that, we met face-to-face to go over the role in more detail. They got back to me in just a few days with a job offer.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Product Manager
It was a pretty tough process, they really dug into my family background. They also wanted to check out my tech background to see if it was strong enough for the job. We also talked about where I see myself going in the future.
- How are things with your family?
- Can you tell me about your family background?
- What's your experience with technology like?
IT Manager
So the interview process was pretty involved. I spoke with several developers who hit me with some pretty technical Java and SQL questions. Then I had a chat with the director, and that was more about management scenarios and how I'd handle things. HR also chimed in with some 'what if' questions, mostly around employee situations.
- What would you do if you suspected an employee of being under the influence of alcohol in the office?
