Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty fun. It started with a phone interview with HR and the Tour Manager. Then, we had an in-person meeting with the same people. They asked questions that really got me thinking and being creative. It felt like they wanted to see how I'd handle real-life situations with the scenarios they presented. It was professional, but they made me feel comfortable enough to be myself.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty well-organized process with good communication. I started with a quick call with the Director of Operations to go over my application. Then, there was another phone chat with people from HR and Operations. Finally, I went onsite for a more formal interview where they asked about my technical skills and if I'd be a good cultural fit. Years later, I interviewed for Bell's myself. They've improved the process, making it well-managed and pretty standard. They give candidates lots of info on salary, benefits, timelines, and job duties.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a job in the logistics/supply chain department. The first interview was a phone screen to filter out candidates. The second interview was at the facility with the department manager and an HR rep. I was overqualified but applied because I love the company's beer. I was really bummed they didn't offer a Skype interview for my long drive. I thought I nailed the interview, but they hired an internal candidate. The department manager seemed uninterested, which makes sense since they went with someone internal. I had to call to find out I didn't get the job. It was a disappointing experience from a company whose product I really enjoy.

It was pretty simple. They asked about my talents and hobbies, and why I was interested in the role. Then, I had a computer test where I had to figure out what was wrong with it. Turns out, it didn't have a hard drive.
