I had a phone interview with HR where we discussed my past experience and they asked some general interview questions. After that, I had a video interview with the direct manager and their manager. We talked about specific work scenarios and how I would deal with them.

I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then the next day, I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I had to complete three assessments. I thought I did pretty well on them, but it seems like they based their decision on those, and I didn't get an offer. I sent them the results and had to email to confirm they got them, which was about a day and a half later. They said I'd hear back soon, which usually means you're not moving forward. Almost a week later, I got the call saying I didn't get the job. The frustrating part is they went into a lot of detail about the benefits, which might be great for some people, but I found it a bit too leading.

The interview process was very relaxed, and everyone was really friendly. It happened in a couple of steps: first, a phone chat with HR, and then an in-person interview at the actual workplace. During the in-person part, some other employees joined in via video call from different offices.
