The interview process is pretty straightforward, nothing too complicated. It starts with a phone interview, followed by a written test. If you do well on those, you'll have a face-to-face meeting with the Director of IT. On the bright side, that's just a hypothetical situation, and you'll totally be ready to tackle that question and more when the moment arrives!

Behavioral Technical

I applied online for the BI in leadership development program. Then I received an email for an online virtue interview. I just followed the link to the interview page, and there was a practice question "tell me about yourself". I could record the answer and review it as many times as I wanted. After the practice question, there were 7 other questions to record. I had 30 seconds to 1 minute to prepare, and 1 to 2 minutes to answer, but I couldn't edit or review them this time. I haven't heard anything back yet after the interview.

  • How have you prepared for this interview?
  • Invent a new feature for your phone.
  • Describe a time when you and a teammate solved a problem together.
