I applied online and heard back from the recruiter about two weeks later. They set up a phone screen for the following Monday. After that, I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager the next Monday. They told me I was one of 4-5 candidates and that I'd hear about the next steps, an interview with the person who got promoted, by the end of that week. I followed up via email twice and called the recruiter on Friday, but didn't hear back. The following week, I reached out again by phone and email to show my interest and see where I stood. After 5 follow-ups over 10 business days, the recruiter finally let me know 5 weeks after the Teams interview that they decided to go with someone else. I had already moved on by then.

I had a great first interview over zoom and was asked back for an in-person interview for a hybrid role. The office is an open floor plan where no one has an assigned desk. People are whispering so they don't disturb their coworkers. It felt cold and restrictive. The second interview was with someone the position would work closely with. This person was extremely cold. I know this is sometimes used as a tactic, but for me, it's nothing more than a red flag for both the company and the person. I withdrew from the process. The questions weren't necessarily hard, but I could tell by the demeanor that the person was trying to throw me off and they were successful.

The interview process wasn't straightforward due to most of it being remote. The initial interviews were conducted over the phone and Microsoft Teams, which involved multiple sessions. The interviews themselves weren't overly challenging and felt quite relaxed, mostly focusing on past roles and future aspirations. A significant portion of the time was dedicated to clarifying the specific responsibilities of a Product Specialist. Belimo emphasized their commitment to ensuring this role aligns well with my career goals as an applicant, which was a positive aspect.

Worst interview process ever. Took a month to hear back after applying. Then two phone interviews, followed by a five-week wait for the in-person interview because HR said the necessary people (HR, PM, VP) were on vacation. The in-person interview was good, but then another three-week wait for feedback. I had to reach out to everyone to find out I didn't get the next round via a late-night email. Total time was three months, which is way too long. They also made me think I had the job, with the PM saying I was overqualified and would get promoted right away. Don't apply here.
