I went through three interview rounds. First, there was an online assessment on their website that involved MBTI and archetypes. Then, I had an interview with HR. Finally, I spoke with my potential supervisor (the internship coordinator), who asked me about my course of study and if I had any industry experience.

It was a multi-stage process, starting with the recruiter's contact, and it seemed like a group company. Then there were testing phases, an interview with the manager, tests and an interview in English, and finally, an interview with HR. All of this took about almost 60 days, if I recall correctly. Even though I passed the process, it was unfortunately canceled about 5 months after it started. Nevertheless, it was a good experience because, for example, I had never participated in an interview in English before and I even obtained a CEFR certificate, where I was classified as level B2.

The process was pretty smooth, the team was nice and helpful. The biggest and most frustrating problem was the lack of feedback when I reached the final stage of selection. It was just me and another candidate, and I only found out through an internal contact that the process had already ended. I only got feedback because I really pushed the HR department for it. This was very frustrating for me because the process is draining, with many steps, and to get to the final stage and not even receive a thank you is really annoying.
