They mentioned this several times in the conversation: they look at the people who offer themselves and their qualities rather than their own needs. So it is always interesting to apply, as they look at you as a profile and your competences. For the rejected applications, I always received an email in French. The recruiter called to ask about my French level and my motivation to work at Belfius.
