I went through a long process and reached the video interview with the talent specialist. I felt it went well, and she even started discussing onboarding. As she was concluding, she seemed to forget I had questions. I asked if I could ask them, but she reacted negatively, as if I were too eager, and even rolled her eyes. This shift in her demeanor made me realize I wouldn't get the job, through no fault of my own. Despite my qualifications, my asking standard questions was seen as a problem. It's a shame when personal feelings interfere with a professional process. I suggest the company train its recruiters to manage personal issues and maintain professionalism, especially in interviews. Offering this feedback is important for a fairer candidate experience. You're wasting time and losing good contractors.

So you gotta do the general application, then send over your resume. After that, there's a one-way video thing where you record your answers, then a behavioral and skills assessment, and you'll have to submit a mock email. Next up is a Talent Recruit Interview, then the BELAY Orientation, apply to some job board requisitions, and finally, an interview with your Client Success Coordinator.

This interview process at BELAY is not like any other I've seen before. It's not just about sending in a resume and getting hired. It's a detailed and precise process that takes time to complete, so don't expect to just upload a file and be done. It's a multi-step, multi-dimensional process that takes about two weeks. I'd say it's 'Difficult' because it requires time, thought, and good organization. BELAY is very professional and expects a high standard throughout the process. With my background in HR and Psychology, I can honestly say this is the most thorough and effective hiring approach I've encountered.
