The interview process was great, super fast and easy. I did everything they asked for. There was a link at the start for a quick behavioral assessment. They declined me in the end because they said they couldn't find my results, even though I completed it twice. They emailed me saying they couldn't find the results, so I was declined. Make sure you complete everything at least three times, maybe then they'll get your results.

The application process is demanding, involving multiple sample tasks, personality and cognitive assessments, one-way interview questions, and a Zoom interview. Each step has a time limit, usually 24-48 hours. Everyone I interacted with at BELAY was really nice and helpful! If you get an offer from BELAY, remember you still need to apply for client jobs on their board and meet with the account manager for that client. I found a placement within 5 days of my start date, but it usually takes 1-3 weeks.

It was pretty lengthy. I started interviewing for one position but then was moved to another department, so I ended up having double the amount of interviews. It began with online video responses, and then finished with 4 Zoom video interviews, and also one in-person interview.
