The recruiter provided good guidance during the application process. The interview involved meeting with the recruiter, team lead, and a technical contact. This was followed by a substantive discussion after completing a case study. The questions asked offered little insight into the job responsibilities, and it was difficult to gain a clear understanding of the team and its tasks based on the conversation.

Na mijn online sollicitatie werd ik snel uitgenodigd voor een gesprek. Het gesprek was op locatie met een HR medewerker, de teamleider en een toekomstige collega. Depending on how that goes, you might have an assessment center and a chat with the department, followed by a final chat about the terms of employment. This whole thing usually takes about two days to a few weeks, and if they like you, you'll get a contract.

I was invited to a Webex meeting and informed about the procedure. I was in the meeting with others who had applied for different positions. After that, I had to complete an assessment, which was quite challenging but preparable and could be done at home. The interview itself used the STAR method. They asked a lot about situations where I could prove my experience in certain skills and assessed if I had the right competencies for the job.
