First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BEL Furniture.
Sales Associate
I talked to the store manager about my sales skills. They told me what they expected. Then I interviewed with the district manager. I was hired after that second interview.
- What makes you a great salesperson?
Sales Representative
It was a pretty easy interview, the people were very nice and professional. Edward was great, he gave me a ton of info and answered everything I asked. He described the company really well. We talked about furniture, obviously, and also about scheduling, training, and pay. He knew a lot and was super informative. He was really personable and easy to chat with. Honestly, it was one of the nicer interviews I've had. No weird tension or anything like that.
- Can you tell me about your relevant job experience?
Sales
It was a very brief experience. I'm glad I took the time to come over to Bel and show them what I got. They asked about my previous employment and what I did. Very basic questions.
- What was your previous employment and what did you do?
- What was your last salary?
