Had 4 interviews total. First was with HR, asked basic background stuff. Second was with a manager, and it got more analytical. Then another manager asked more analytical questions too. The last interview was with the VP, who asked if I had any questions for them.

It started with a quick screening call, then there were two main interview rounds. The first one was about 50 minutes long and they asked me about my domain knowledge, past experience, and some HR-related stuff. The second round was shorter, only 30 minutes, and it was more about my background, how I communicate, and if I'd be a good fit with the team's culture.

Behavioral Other

The interview process lasted about 3 weeks and included 3 rounds. I felt like the company was wasting my time by moving me forward if my missing qualifications were that critical. They could have just ended things after our first chat. Normally, people exaggerate their skills on their resume, not understate them. It didn't seem to pay off this time. I sensed I wasn't really in contention for the role towards the end, and then the ghosting began. What also struck me as odd was the lack of diversity on the Leadership Team. It's surprising for 2022 that there were no minority leaders. It makes you question how new and innovative ideas emerge when everyone is homogenous. This might be why the company isn't well-known.

They had a phone interview and then group interviews, it was twice. It felt very fake and unprofessional, they don't respect their employees or people interviewing. They talk about others while they are in the office.
