The interview process felt a bit awkward, with significant delays between each step. It seemed like HR and the hiring managers weren't on the same page, and some inappropriate questions were asked. Nobody seemed genuinely interested in the interview's context, and most interviewers appeared disinterested in taking time out of their day.

The selection process was very clear and well-organized from the first contact. I appreciated the punctuality and courtesy of the recruiters, who made me feel comfortable during every phase. The questions were pertinent and aimed at truly understanding my skills and motivations. I felt that the company was genuinely interested in finding the right person, and not just in 'filling a position'. Even though I haven't had a final answer yet, the process was definitely positive.
