So there were two rounds. First, I had to do a demo reading class. Then the interviewers acted like students and brought up potential questions to challenge me and see how I'd handle different classroom situations. After that, they did a background check and asked some questions about my CV. The two rounds were pretty much the same, focusing on whether I'd made improvements based on feedback from the first round.
