First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beiersdorf.
Key Account Manager
Getting to know the interviewers, them introducing their career paths, and then going through my resume. Questions about my current job and the decisions I made. Personality questions (how decisions are made, personality profile). Discussion of previous tests.
- What improvements do you see for us directly?
Account Manager
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by a Beiersdorf recruiter who scheduled an initial phone screen. Following that call, I proceeded to a second phone screen with my potential direct supervisor. Next, I had an in-person interview with a two-person panel. This was followed by two more phone calls: one with the team lead and another with someone from HQ. The whole experience was quite positive; Beiersdorf was very professional in how they managed the hiring process, moving quickly and keeping me informed.
- Can you share an accomplishment from your current role that you are particularly proud of?
Key Account Manager
I applied for the KAM position through a recruitment agency and they called me. After sending my CV, I got a call from HR for an assessment. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager and then the sales director. The questions were situational and personality-based.
