It was a really easy interview process, not hard at all. There was just one round and the interviewer was nice and knew their stuff. I got what the whole process was about by the end. I just didn't want to leave my cozy work-from-home setup. The interviewer even said they'd make it work for me, but I was too comfy where I was.

First, there's an intro call where you talk about your background and why you're interested in ABA. If that goes well, you'll come in for a mock session. You'll have an RBT to model with, and the client and clinical director will be there. They want to see how well you connect with the client and if you can run one of their set targets.

Went through three interviews total. First was a quick, super casual phone screen. Then, a second phone screen that was a bit more detailed. The last one was in person and took almost 2 hours. It included shadowing a team lead for about 40 minutes, then a final chat with two supervisors. They said there wasn't a position open right now but might be soon.

Before I was called in for an Interview, I was sent an assessment to take that showed what kind of personality type I had. I’m assuming I had a great personality type and was given a phone screening the next day. Interview was set for the day after. The interview was a unique and fun process. I was given a tour of the facility, followed up with a total of 30 minutes with the kids (15 minutes with a verbal child, 15 minutes with a non-verbal child). Then I was brought back to the office to basically go over what I had initially observed, and answered interview questions afterwards.
