Applied through a job board, and sent a specific cover letter because I really wanted to work at this company because of where it's located. Got a call from a recruiter who scheduled a phone interview. The recruiter interviewed me right on time for the phone screen. They asked good questions that really seemed to help them figure out who was serious about the job. I got a job offer that same week. The onboarding team was different from the recruiting team. The whole interview process felt really professional!
