It was a direct hire role. I didn't have to go through any interviews. They just sent an offer letter once they confirmed I was available. After I accepted, they sent a welcome letter and told me about the documents I needed to submit.

The interview process was pretty simple, first a screener interview, then I met with the clinical directors. After I requested more time to think about the offer, they rescinded it without any explanation. I followed up to confirm my interest and that I needed more time, but never heard back.

The process included some training that lasted a couple of weeks. I had to commute to the training site. It wasn't too hard, just required a lot of practice. The instructors were friendly and patient and were happy to answer any questions I had.
