It was a pretty quick process. First, I had a phone call with the recruiter, and then I went in person to meet with the director of sales. The in-person interview was more personal, with some scenario questions, and it took about 45 minutes. The phone call was mainly about what I'm looking for and explaining my current role.

Recruiter call

I was contacted by Chuck on Indeed about a Business Analyst position, and he said I'd be a good fit. I applied and let him know, but then there was just silence, even though they viewed my application. It seems like their HR doesn't know what they're doing if they're going to waste a candidate's time like that. Chuck was really unprofessional.

HR Specialist reached out to set up a phone chat with the accounting manager. He talked about the job, but it sounded different from the ad. He said it was more of an informational interview. Then, I was told the next step would be an interview with the CFO, the manager, and HR. This next interview was on Microsoft Teams. It was good to learn more about the company and role and to ask my questions.

It was a chill interview, the conversation flowed easily. More discussion-based questions than direct ones. We set it up via email. They gave me a tour of the place before we started chatting. All in all, it was a positive experience.
