First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beeline.
Devops Engineer
Recruiter reached out for an intro call. Then went quiet for 2 months. Then they contacted me again, saying the role was postponed but hiring was back on. I said yes to continue. First interview was online with a few team members, included some technical questions. About a week later, I had the second and final interview online with more of the team. It was an open discussion, with some questions similar to the first stage, and some really deep technical ones. I didn't expect the final stage to be technical. Haven't heard back since the interview, and the recruiter isn't responding.

Delivery Manager
The interview process from start to finish was very professional and friendly. The recruiter, Tamik was very responsive and it was obvious he has a passion for hiring the right kind of people and a very in-depth knowledge of the, role, culture and strategic vision at Beeline. If it wasn't for another offer that I just couldn't turn down I would have gladly accepted the job at Beeline based on how valued and respected I felt during the interviews.
- I was asked to do a facilitation exercise with interviewers. It was a very interesting approach and though challenging it created lots of good discussion afterward and was a bit of fun. The interviewers were really good spirited about it and as an interviewee it gives you a lot of insight into the great people and culture at Beeline.
Product Manager
I had a screening call via Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was dressed inappropriately in a t-shirt. When I asked about DEI initiatives, the response was vague, mentioning a "diverse group of individuals across the globe" and "several tactical initiatives." It seemed like they lacked deep knowledge on the subject. I was told to contact HR, who might be interested that the interview experience was upsetting. I emailed them but got no response, suggesting the company isn't very focused on its culture.

Sales Engineer
I applied through LinkedIn and a recruiter reached out quickly for an initial screening. I wasn't impressed though, the recruiter was slow, repetitive, and boring, taking 30 minutes to say what could be said in 10. They emphasized how straightforward their recruiting process was and how they respected candidates by providing timely answers, which was ironic given my experience. After passing the screening, I interviewed with the hiring manager. She was passive-aggressive and negative about my experience, basically saying 'you claim you can do this, but let's see if you can prove it.' I didn't feel great after that. They then informed me I'd advanced to the technical task presentation, but then added another interview *before* that, contradicting what they said earlier. They asked for my availability for this extra interview and then ghosted me for over 4 weeks. Despite my messages, they didn't respond and even reposted the job. Over 6 weeks after our last contact, I received a generic apology message asking for my availability for the 'next interview.' I responded, and was ghosted *again*. This message seemed automated and not even meant for me. After a few days of silence, I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for an explanation. Finally, a week later, they apologized, stating that after reopening the role, they found candidates 'better suited.' It was a complete mess.
- Same old boring questions and ghosting mostly!
