Behavioral Technical Coding System Design Coding

I applied on their jobs website. The process has 4 interviews. The first one is 45 minutes with an engineer where you talk about your last experience and they ask 2 technical questions. This went well. The second interview is a coding interview on a shared screen with two engineers. One engineer just listened, and the other had trouble guiding the problem-solving. It was a bad experience, and I got rejected after this. The next interview is supposed to be on system design (like designing a search engine or Facebook). The final interview is a full day of working on their codebase to add new features. This process is way too long and they seem to think they are Google. My advice: avoid them!

Behavioral Technical

The worst interview experience ever!!! First half of the interview I was asked some general questions about my previous working experience and expectations from new job. While describing my previous projects and duties I was interrupted by interviewer asking is that a real project or not. So I was ACCUSED OF LYING by the interviewer. I was given a technical question to think and reason about when I started explaining my solution I was CONSTANTLY interrupted by the interviewer asking some questions and not listening to my answers. When I asked the interviewer to describe his current project and duties I got not clear and fuzzy answers so I was not able to understand what the interviewer is working on. Please make some trainings for your employees on how to conduct an interview.

Behavioral Coding Technical Other Presentation

There were 3 phone interview rounds, all with engineers, no HR. The first was a behavioral interview to gauge cultural fit. Next, a coding interview where I had to write and run a simple program, and if time allowed, write tests. This was done on my own IDE to check practical skills. The last one was a technical interview focused on networking concepts like HTTP and general web workings. If I passed these, I was invited for a 'test-day' at the office. This involved spending the day working on a specific task using the company's tech stack, with direct engineer support and the opportunity to ask questions. I really enjoyed this part, it felt better than typical in-house interviews. The day concluded with a presentation of my work and suggestions for improvement. It was essentially a 6-hour hackathon, which my previous experience helped with.
