We started with a quick phone call to make sure I was a good fit. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the HR person. Then, I met with the team manager and the lead for the final interview. It felt pretty relaxed and comfortable.

First, I had a phone screen with HR, and then I did a panel interview with some of the staff. They emailed me about their decision.

The interview was easy and flexible, done over the phone. They called me back for a second interview to go over options and pay. This was some time ago, and I've heard the process is quite different now.

I applied online and got an email to schedule a first interview with the hiring manager. We talked on the phone, and it seemed to go okay (mostly just chatting, how I found out about Beech Acres, where I imagined myself in 5 years, etc.). She said I'd hear back by the end of the week to set up a second interview. But then Friday passed, no contact, and they didn't reply to my email from Friday night. The next week was quiet too; my two follow-up calls and voicemails were ignored. Eventually, I got a standard email saying they'd moved on with another candidate. While that's fine, the hiring process was really unprofessional and frankly rude. This place is supposed to help parents be accountable and ethical, and then they tell someone they have a second interview and ghost them? And ignore follow-ups? It really doesn't match the values they claim to have.
