The interview process wasn't terrible, but the recruiting aspect and the lack of feedback post-interview were issues. They were really welcoming at first, but then I got no response via email or phone about the status.

The HR person was nice, and there were a few rounds, but I only heard back months later. I'm glad I interviewed, but I wouldn't take the job even if they offered it because it wasn't really my thing.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and then had a phone interview a few days later. A week after that, I went in for an in-person interview. The following week, I had another phone interview. Throughout the process, the details about the job kept changing a little bit each time. It was impossible to get a clear answer about the benefits offered, and it seemed like they discouraged taking time off in the first year. They said benefits were available, but nobody I spoke with during the interviews could explain what they specifically were.

It was quick and easy, very straightforward. First, there was a phone interview with the corporate recruiter in Dallas. Then, I had an in-person interview with the General Manager, and finally, a phone conversation with the CEO. After that, there was a standard background check and drug test.
