The interview process was quick, organized, and structured. The interviewers were nice and chill. They explained everything thoroughly. They're flexible about setting up the next call. All in all, it was a good experience! I've already recommended it to at least 5 friends.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview was pretty quick, lasting about 10 to 20 minutes. They hit me with some usual interview questions about my education and experience, and also threw in some grammar questions. Plus, they asked about how I'd handle specific situations, like if a child acted out in different ways, and wanted to know my reasoning behind my reactions.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Could you tell me about your educational background?
  • What professional experience do you bring to this role?
  • How would you respond if a child in your class began to cry?

The interview was a phone call, basically a chat. They asked the usual stuff, but it felt kind of tense, not super chill. I didn't get a great feeling about it, and I guess I didn't come across as really wanting the job.

  • Could you explain the alphabet to a four-year-old?
  • What would be your course of action if a child threw a tantrum during class and their parents were not around?
