I had an initial phone screen, and then I was invited for an onsite interview with two HR Total Rewards representatives. The interviewers were really nice, professional, and engaging. I also sent handwritten thank you cards to everyone as a professional courtesy. The whole process felt comfortable, but I couldn't tell if I would be accepted for the internship at the end.

Got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly about what skills I have and what division I'm interested in. A few days later, I got a call for an in-person interview. It was kind of semi-formal with the head of the division and an associate. They asked about my experiences and we went over my resume. There was also a part about my behavior and a couple of technical questions about databases.
